Preschool Coordinator at Yelahanka New Town

Job Description of Centre Head:

  • Welcomes inquiries from prospective parents and conduct one- on- one admission

counselling.

  • Managing front office and back office work areas, building a great, enthusiastic, and

highly motivated team who works together with a goal to provide the best learning

experience for children.

  • Create a culture in the BKMH that reveres, respects, understand the needs of

children and parents, and do the best in forming and connecting the home and preschool

environments

  • Upkeep of preschool premises-safety and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with teachers on daily basis

A Centre Head usually performs many of the following tasks:

  • Admission counselling.
  • Preparing daily/weekly or monthly reports
  • Attending meetings
  • Performing administrative duties
  • Curriculum Implementation
  • Overseeing the upkeep of the building
  • Parent Relationship
  • Promotion Visibility

Skills Required:

  • Passion to instill love of learning among children
  • Zeal to lead a group of individuals to make a great team
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Being innovative and creative
  • Being motivated / Self Driven
  • Being exceedingly organised
  • Being able to relate to people
  • Being flexible
  • Office management
  • Time management

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
  • NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent Early Childhood Education certification is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in preschool administration or centre management will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
