PRINT PRODUCTION &amp; CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATORMinuteman Press Pleasanton is a fast-paced full-service print and marketing center serving local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations throughout the Tri-Valley area. We are currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing shop.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with print shop, graphic design, prepress, or digital production experience who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in producing high-quality work.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Preparing customer files for print production</li><li>Graphic design and layout edits using Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Operating digital print equipment and assisting with production workflow</li><li>Coordinating print jobs from proofing through final production</li><li>Communicating with customers by email, phone, and in person</li><li>Assisting with bindery and finishing work including cutting, folding, booklet making, laminating, and packaging</li><li>Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Helping maintain organized workflow and production schedules</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in a print shop, sign shop, copy center, or similar production environment preferred</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign required</li><li>Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently</li><li>Professional communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a busy production environment</li><li>Familiarity with Fiery workflow, digital printing, mailing, or data merge is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For: We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and willing to learn. In a small shop environment, teamwork, communication, and reliability are extremely important.
