PRINT PRODUCTION & CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Minuteman Press Pleasanton is a fast-paced full-service print and marketing center serving local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations throughout the Tri-Valley area. We are currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing shop.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with print shop, graphic design, prepress, or digital production experience who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing customer files for print production
• Graphic design and layout edits using Adobe Creative Suite
• Operating digital print equipment and assisting with production workflow
• Coordinating print jobs from proofing through final production
• Communicating with customers by email, phone, and in person
• Assisting with bindery and finishing work including cutting, folding, booklet making, laminating, and packaging
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Helping maintain organized workflow and production schedules

Qualifications:

• Experience in a print shop, sign shop, copy center, or similar production environment preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign required
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a busy production environment
• Familiarity with Fiery workflow, digital printing, mailing, or data merge is a plus

Position Details:

• Full-time preferred
• Monday–Friday daytime hours
• Compensation based on experience
