Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive learning environment that motivates students to excel.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Deliver tailored tutoring sessions in mathematics, including topics such as addition &amp; subtraction, solving word problems, multiplication, division, algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, differential equations, data structures, and discrete math, etc</li><li>Develop customized lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with each student&rsquo;s needs and learning goals.</li><li>Utilize various learning technologies and digital tools to enhance instructional effectiveness and engagement.</li><li>Assess student progress regularly through formative assessments and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.</li><li>Foster a supportive environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and confidence-building among learners of all ages.</li><li>Manage classroom or virtual settings efficiently by applying classroom management techniques suitable for different age groups and learning environments.</li><li>Engage students in brain breaks during each session</li><li>Leave feedback at the end of each session with parents, teachers, or adult education coordinators to ensure comprehensive support for each student&rsquo;s development.</li><li>Create &amp; maintain StepUp for Students account</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Strong knowledge of mathematics topics including algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry</li><li>Strong knowledge of state standards</li><li>Experience creating lesson plans &amp; tailoring them to diverse learners</li><li>Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital tools for remote or hybrid tutoring sessions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children</li><li>Classroom experience or experience working in early childhood education, elementary, or middle school.</li><li>Strong organizational skills for managing multiple students and tracking progress efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations to support learners with unique needs.</li></ul>Join us in making a meaningful difference by empowering learners through engaging instruction!Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>teaching: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
