Airbnb Operations ManagerWe&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties and ensure a smooth guest experience with high Airbnb ratings.⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>&emsp;Manage check-ins and check-outs (including self check-in).</li><li>&emsp;Handle guest communication and troubleshoot issues promptly.</li><li>&emsp;Oversee cleanliness and housekeeping and take ownership of the Airbnb cleanliness rating.</li><li>&emsp;Manage property maintenance and coordinate subcontractors.</li><li>&emsp;Manage internet, gas, and electricity subscriptions.</li><li>&emsp;Handle purchasing and inventory to ensure essential items are always available.</li><li>&emsp;Record all operational expenses and purchases.</li><li>&emsp;Monitor guest reviews and maintain high service standards.</li><li>&emsp;Register guests&rsquo; passport details on the government website as required.</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>&emsp;Experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties.</li><li>&emsp;Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>&emsp;Ability to manage multiple properties.</li><li>&emsp;Comfortable handling urgent issues and emergencies.</li><li>&emsp;High attention to detail and sense of ownership.</li><li>&emsp;Familiar with expense tracking and basic reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 25 per week
