Job Description
We are a content marketing agency working with multiple clients across different industries, and we are looking to partner with a senior Media Buying Expert (Freelance) to support and scale paid advertising efforts.
This role is for someone experienced, reliable, and capable of taking full ownership of media buying for client accounts with minimal supervision. You will work directly with our clients and internal team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive measurable results.
This is a freelance position with the potential to grow into a long term or full-time leadership role, where you would lead and expand our media buying services across all clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others as relevant
- Take full ownership of campaign performance, including strategy, execution, testing, and optimization
- Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance based on insights
- Work closely with our content team to align creatives with ad strategy
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to both internal team and clients
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and funnels to drive growth
- Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
- Communicate proactively on performance, blockers, and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in media buying with clear, measurable results
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns and ROI
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising
- Deep expertise in at least one major platform (Meta, Google, TikTok), with working knowledge of others
- Ability to independently manage and scale ad accounts without supervision
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing significant ad budgets
- Clear and professional communication skills
- High level of reliability, accountability, and ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of how content and creatives impact ad performance
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing ads
- Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, and conversion tracking setup
