This position provides technical support to internal staff and coordinates with Korean and English-speaking teams across global offices. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a smooth technology experience for all users.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues</li><li>Communicate effectively in both Korean and English with internal users and vendors</li><li>Manage and resolve support tickets via systems such as ServiceNow or Jira</li><li>Configure and maintain user accounts, devices, and security permissions</li><li>Support onboarding processes and IT setup for new employees</li><li>Collaborate with global IT, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure system compliance and uptime</li><li>Document procedures and solutions for recurring issues</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)</li><li>5+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and remote support tools</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working in a global or Korean corporate environment</li><li>Familiarity with Samsung systems or similar enterprise IT platforms</li><li>Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified</li><li>Experience with MDM solutions, VPNs, or Microsoft 365 administration</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
