Role Overview The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth of the ATM Managed Services (AMS) business across the Middle East & Africa region. The role partners with Market Unit leaders to identify, pursue, and close opportunities while ensuring the flawless execution of services and building AMS capabilities locally.The incumbent will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the ATM industry, including financial institution outsourcing and retail deployments. Success requires operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, customer-focused environment and collaborating effectively across multiple countries and cultures. Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop strong business partnerships with Market Unit and country leaders.</li><li>Represent Brink's AMS value proposition to financial institutions and retailers.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and pursue customer opportunities through direct engagement, proposals, and presentations.</li><li>Negotiate and close complex sales, including deal structuring and contractual agreements.</li><li>Support customer onboarding onto the AMS platform.</li><li>Contribute to organizational scaling, hiring, and capability building.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies for the region.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in the ATM industry (domestic and/or international).</li><li>5+ years leading or supporting solution-selling sales teams.</li><li>5+ years implementing operational solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and close large, complex AMS deals.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel.</li></ul> Desired Qualifications <ul><li>Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.</li><li>Track record of scaling new business lines or building market entry strategies.</li><li>Strong existing network within the ATM and financial services sector.</li></ul> Skills & Experience <ul><li>Deep ATM industry acumen, including financial institution networks, retail deployments, and card schemes.</li><li>Strong solution-selling and negotiation expertise in complex sales cycles.</li><li>Effective communicator with strong presentation and written communication skills.</li><li>Skilled at building effective teams and fostering collaboration across borders.</li><li>Resilient, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver results in high-growth, competitive environments.</li><li>Comfortable with global and regional travel.</li></ul> How Success Will Be Measured <ul><li>Leads generated and market opportunities mapped.</li><li>Completion of sales contact and engagement plans.</li><li>Sales pipeline maintained at more than 2x annual target.</li><li>AMS revenue growth achieved.</li><li>Training hours delivered and number of employees upskilled.</li><li>Positive feedback from Market Unit General Managers and Sales Directors.</li><li>Contribution to building AMS capability across MEA.</li></ul>We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
