Position: Piping Design EngineerEducation: Graduation/Post graduation (Mechanical)Skills: Unigraphics software, piping routing, Auto CAD 3D, Solid edge, P&amp;ID, PDMS, Skid designing, Microsoft office, catia.Experience: 3 year to 5 years (preferred)Salary range: Rs.20,000(CTC) to Rs.40,000(CTC)Job description:Key ResponsibilitiesI. 3D Modeling and Design Execution&middot; 3D Model Development: Execute the 3D parametric modeling of equipment, piping, pipe supports, structural elements, and instrumentation for complete process units, individual skids, or plant sections.&middot; Piping Routing: Apply expert knowledge of fluid dynamics and process requirements to define optimal piping routes, considering operability, maintenance access, and construction feasibility (piping routing, layout, and placement).&middot; Skid Design Specialization: Lead the detailed piping design within space-constrained modular skid units, focusing on density, component integration, and adherence to transportation/lifting requirements.&middot; Deliverables Generation: Produce and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all core piping deliverables, including General Arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed isometrics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).II. Technical Compliance and Analysis&middot; Standards Adherence: Rigorously follow international engineering codes (e.g., ASME, API, EN) and specific project specifications relating to piping, structures, vessels, and equipment.&middot; Design Integrity: Engage in the mark-up and review of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;IDs) to ensure the translation of process requirements into the physical design model is accurate.&middot; Quality Assurance (QA): Perform meticulous self-reviews of all produced drawings and models to ensure zero clashes, adherence to dimensions, and overall design quality before formal checks.&middot; Value Engineering: Apply sound knowledge of Product Design, Value Engineering, and Process &amp; Manufacturing Engineering to optimize designs for cost reduction, simplified fabrication, and enhanced operational lifespan.III. Position: Process EngineerEducation: B.E./B.Tech(Chemical)Experience: 2 years to 4 years (Preferred)(Oil &amp; Gas industry)Salary range: Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000(CTC)Key Responsibilities1. Process Design &amp; Development&middot; Design, develop, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.&middot; Conduct process simulations and modeling using industry-standard software.&middot; Support research and development for innovative hydrogen production methods.2. Process Engineering &amp; Calculations&middot; Develop and maintain:o Block Flow Diagrams (BFD)o Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)o Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD)o Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;ID)o Heat &amp; Mass Balances (HMB)o Design Pressure/Design Temperature (DPDT)o Isometric and GA Drawings&middot; Perform engineering calculations for:o Pumps and compressorso Line sizing (pumped and non-pumped lines)o Control valve sizingo Steam system design for green hydrogen loopso Heat and utility load requirements&middot; Prepare datasheets, technical specifications, and complete process design packages.&middot; Size and select key process equipment such as electrolyzers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns, dryers, and hydrogen storage vessels.3. Compliance, Safety &amp; Quality&middot; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.&middot; Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to enhance operational efficiency.&middot; Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.4.
