Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personalized care and support. This role requires a blend of practical caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs.Duties<ul><li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.</li><li>Monitor and document vital signs and changes in clients' health status.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.</li><li>Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.</li><li>Engage clients in activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation, especially for those with Alzheimer's or dementia.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to perform patient observation and monitoring effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.</li><li>Capability to handle heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs.</li><li>Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.</li><li>A compassionate approach towards providing care for seniors or individuals with disabilities is essential.
