This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory .Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO tools, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic goals.</li><li>Optimize website content using SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO enhancements through tools like Google Analytics, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google AdWords.</li><li>Oversee social media management across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other channels to increase followers and engagement metrics.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks that support marketing campaigns; manage content management systems like WordPress to update website content efficiently.</li><li>Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior with analytics tools like Google Analytics and implementing improvements to boost lead generation and sales conversions.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for digital advertising campaigns involving Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, or other paid media strategies.</li><li>Assist in the development of marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through email sequences and targeted campaigns.</li><li>Track campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare reports that inform future strategies based on data insights from analytics platforms such as SQL or JavaScript integrations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO tools, social media management, content creation, and performance analysis. 5-10 years</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM practices, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Experience executing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms; ability to analyze engagement metrics effectively.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills combined with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences or consumer markets.</li><li>Prior involvement in e-commerce environments or digital marketing initiatives that focus on conversion optimization will be highly valued.
