Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO tools, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO enhancements through tools like Google Analytics, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google AdWords.
  • Oversee social media management across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other channels to increase followers and engagement metrics.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks that support marketing campaigns; manage content management systems like WordPress to update website content efficiently.
  • Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior with analytics tools like Google Analytics and implementing improvements to boost lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for digital advertising campaigns involving Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, or other paid media strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through email sequences and targeted campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare reports that inform future strategies based on data insights from analytics platforms such as SQL or JavaScript integrations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO tools, social media management, content creation, and performance analysis. 5-10 years
  • Hands-on familiarity with SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM practices, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience executing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms; ability to analyze engagement metrics effectively.
  • Excellent copywriting skills combined with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences or consumer markets.
  • Prior involvement in e-commerce environments or digital marketing initiatives that focus on conversion optimization will be highly valued.
