We&rsquo;re hiring a Social Media Expert to join our Lahore (Jail Road) team and support its growth.Job SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for a disciplined, creative, and results-driven Social Media Expert to plan and execute effective digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working with reputable brands (sports experience is a plus) and maintains a strong personal social media presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and execute social media campaigns that meet brand goals and marketing objectives.</li><li>Edit and polish influencer/creator content, including scripts and videos, to ensure high-quality, platform-ready output.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop engaging ads and visuals for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Manage strategic initiatives such as product launches, onboarding campaigns, brand awareness drives, and sports/event promotions.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions, and ROI.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and digital tools to improve content and campaign performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of social media management experience.</li><li>Experience working with reputable brands or agencies (sports industry experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong personal social media presence that reflects creativity and content understanding.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).</li><li>Basic design and editing skills (Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).</li><li>Strong content writing and copywriting skills.</li><li>Experience working with international clients or digital marketing agencies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media Marketing : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
