As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a responsible and organised Social Media Marketing Intern to support daily office operations and contribute to maintaining structured and efficient workplace systems.Job SummaryThe Social Media Intern role is suitable for a recent graduate or post graduate student seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand communication. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, consistency in execution, and the ability to follow brand guidelines within a professional environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning and scheduling content across social media platforms.</li><li>Create engaging posts (captions, basic graphics, short videos) aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Monitor social media accounts and respond to routine messages and comments professionally.</li><li>Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Support campaign execution and promotional activities.</li><li>Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.</li><li>Assist in organizing digital marketing campaigns and online events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (completed or final year).</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow brand guidelines and structured processes.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Work Schedule:<ul><li>Salary: PKR 45,000 &ndash; 60,000 per month</li><li>Office Timings: 10:00 am &ndash; 6:30 pm</li><li>Working Days: Monday to Friday</li><li>Job Type: Full-time (On-site)</li></ul>Hiring &amp; Workplace PoliciesOur hiring process includes two stages: an initial interview, followed by a second assessment of cognitive skills.Please consider that we are very strict on the below mentioned policies:Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
