Our dietary aides perform many different tasks, some of them include:
<ul><li>Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets.
</li><li>Prepare and deliver items as requested.
</li><li>Maintain tray line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
</li><li>Deliver food carts to patient care units. Return carts to kitchen at designated times.
</li><li>Load and oversee dishwashers and log and record wash/rinse temperatures.
</li><li>Wash specified items by hand. Example &ndash; Pots, pans, knives.
</li><li>Assist in kitchen cleaning as per facility policies.
</li><li>Assist in preparing salads, desserts, and other nourishments.
</li><li>Performs special cleaning duties using proper infection control techniques as assigned by the Dietary Manager
</li><li>Treat co-workers, residents and guests with respect and dignity.
</li><li>Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
</li><li>Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
</li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.</li></ul></div>
