 The salary for this position is $19 per hour. The Office Coordinator days are Monday through Friday starting at 9:00am

  Key Responsibilities

   Administrative Support:
  </li>

    Provide general administrative support
   </li>
  </ul>

   Communication:
  </li>

    Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
   </li>
   <li>
    Handle incoming customer service calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
   </li>
  </ul>

   Organization and Filing:
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
   </li>
   <li>
    Files information accurately both hard copy and electronically
   </li>
  </ul>
  <li>
   Data Entry:
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
   </li>
   <li>
    Reviews and handles invoices
   </li>
  </ul>
  <li>
   Team Collaboration:
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
   </li>
   <li>
    Support colleagues with various tasks as needed.
   </li>
