We&rsquo;re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-savvy Operations &amp; Client Success Coordinator who is willing to wear a few different hats to help us run smoother behind the scenes and deliver a better client experience as we grow. This role is part admin, part project manager, and part client success.About UsBrooks Manley Marketing is a digital marketing agency helping small businesses grow primarily through SEO and website design. We&rsquo;re based in New Orleans but work with clients across the U.S. We pride ourselves on delivering tangible results to clients, while keeping business and marketing light, human, and flexible.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations &amp; Admin<ul><li>Help refine and maintain internal workflows and documentation</li><li>Manage shared inboxes and calendars</li><li>Help keep track of open tasks and deadlines</li><li>Participate in 1 short weekly meeting and 1 longer bi-weekly meeting (preferably in person)</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Track milestones for website projects and one-time SEO projects</li><li>Help schedule key client meetings and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Assign tasks to freelancers/sub-contractors and follow up as needed</li><li>Keep clients informed and moving forward</li></ul>Sales Support<ul><li>Send follow-ups and prep proposals</li><li>Join weekly sales meeting and track leads/progress</li><li>Occasionally join intro calls or discovery sessions</li></ul>Client Success &amp; Account Support<ul><li>Manage inbound support requests and assign accordingly</li><li>Join client check-ins as needed</li><li>Help us stay responsive and proactive with long-term clients</li></ul>Ideal Fit<ul><li>2+ years in operations, account management, or marketing role</li><li>Strong communicator (especially via email and Zoom)</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-directed, and eager to &ldquo;just figure things out&rdquo;</li><li>Comfortable with remote tools: Google Workspace, Trello or ClickUp, Slack, etc.</li><li>Bonus: experience in web/digital agencies</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time: 12-16 hours/week to start, flexible scheduling</li><li>At least 3 working days per week</li><li>This could look like three 4-5 hour days, four 3-4 hour days, or some combination</li><li>This is a mostly remote role, but expect an in-person meeting 2-3 times per month</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Between $24 - $28/hr</li><li>Bonuses based on company growth</li><li>Revenue / Profit Share Program</li><li>Flexible Schedule</li><li>$500 annually for office equipment</li><li>$350 annually for professional development</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 12 &ndash; 16 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Not a must, but do you have any experience working at a marketing or web agency?
