Operations & Client Success Coordinator at Digital Marketing Agency (Part-Time)

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-savvy Operations & Client Success Coordinator who is willing to wear a few different hats to help us run smoother behind the scenes and deliver a better client experience as we grow. This role is part admin, part project manager, and part client success.

About Us

Brooks Manley Marketing is a digital marketing agency helping small businesses grow primarily through SEO and website design. We’re based in New Orleans but work with clients across the U.S. We pride ourselves on delivering tangible results to clients, while keeping business and marketing light, human, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Admin

  • Help refine and maintain internal workflows and documentation
  • Manage shared inboxes and calendars
  • Help keep track of open tasks and deadlines
  • Participate in 1 short weekly meeting and 1 longer bi-weekly meeting (preferably in person)

Project Coordination

  • Track milestones for website projects and one-time SEO projects
  • Help schedule key client meetings and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assign tasks to freelancers/sub-contractors and follow up as needed
  • Keep clients informed and moving forward

Sales Support

  • Send follow-ups and prep proposals
  • Join weekly sales meeting and track leads/progress
  • Occasionally join intro calls or discovery sessions

Client Success & Account Support

  • Manage inbound support requests and assign accordingly
  • Join client check-ins as needed
  • Help us stay responsive and proactive with long-term clients

Ideal Fit

  • 2+ years in operations, account management, or marketing role
  • Strong communicator (especially via email and Zoom)
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and eager to “just figure things out”
  • Comfortable with remote tools: Google Workspace, Trello or ClickUp, Slack, etc.
  • Bonus: experience in web/digital agencies

Schedule

  • Part-time: 12-16 hours/week to start, flexible scheduling
  • At least 3 working days per week
  • This could look like three 4-5 hour days, four 3-4 hour days, or some combination
  • This is a mostly remote role, but expect an in-person meeting 2-3 times per month

Compensation & Perks

  • Between $24 - $28/hr
