Health & Safety Officer (HSE )

<ul><li>Establish good relations with government offices, various embassies, and consulates in order to conduct smooth and efficient business dealings with these offices.</li><li>Plans the processes of the interaction with the government entities to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all government relations transactions/activities.</li><li>Acts as a liaison with government agencies to ensure that Company affairs are handled expediently and that a good relationship is maintained/built.</li><li>Deliver and expedite the processing of highly confidential applications to ensure that they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Provide advice, guidance, and assistance regarding government-related matters to ensure that all employees understand the requirements of government authorities in relation to any applications that they wish to make.</li><li>Maintains an updated in-depth understanding of government laws, keeping abreast of the changes and advising the investors, whenever appropriate, on the best and right government practices.</li><li>Acts as a midpoint between the governmental entities and the investors (foreign and local) to ensure that all conflicts are resolved and the processes are flowing in a smooth and efficient manner.</li><li>Organize all routine processing of Immigration documents e.g. residence, work permits, medical examination, and visas, to complete all the necessary legal formalities.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Requirements</li><li>Educational background: Degree, HIghDiploma related to Administration.</li><li>Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in government relations.</li><li>Excellent English &amp; Arabic communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of government laws and regulations.</li><li>Solid background on UAE Labor law most importantly in Immigration rules and regulations.</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.</li><li>Excellent networking and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good computer skills (MS Office)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Public Relation Officer (PRO) - UAE National ( EMIRATI )

<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for gas cylinders/bulk, including warehousing, and distribution.</li><li>Manage and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of gas cylinders to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, and related documentation using inventory management systems.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP software and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and team members.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Managing the distribution of goods and products</li><li>Organizing shipment and delivery schedules</li><li>Coordinating with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders</li><li>Developing and monitoring distribution operational plans</li><li>Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods</li><li>Tracking and analysing distribution performance</li><li>Manage the distribution of products and materials</li><li>Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff</li><li>Monitor and track the flow of materials and products</li><li>Develop and implement an efficient distribution system</li><li>Organize and prioritize orders</li><li>Maintain records of distribution activities</li></ul>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous 2 years of experience as a Distribution assistant or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
