We do things the right way &mdash; good pay, structured advancement, and a team culture built on accountability.We're hiring a Laborer to work across our Maintenance (mowing, cleanups) and Landscape Install (patios, walls, drainage, planting) divisions. You don't need experience in both &mdash; we'll train the right person.What you'll do:<ul><li>Day starts at the shop &mdash; tailgate talk, equipment check, then dispatch</li><li>Mow, trim, edge, and blow with commercial equipment on every stop, every time</li><li>Assist on landscape installs &mdash; pavers, retaining walls, drainage, grading, planting</li><li>Load/unload materials, operate hand tools and small equipment</li><li>Perform Opening and Closing 360 walkthrough on every property</li><li>Document work with photos uploaded to our job management app</li><li>Properly secure all equipment and loads on the trailer before every departure</li><li>Report damage, incidents, or concerns immediately &mdash; no exceptions</li><li>Follow all SOPs and represent Brothers professionally on every client property</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Reliable &mdash; shows up on time, every day</li><li>Physical &mdash; this is outdoor, hands-on work in Wisconsin weather</li><li>Coachable &mdash; willing to learn the Brothers way</li><li>Communicates early and honestly &mdash; if something goes wrong, you say so immediately</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li><li>Landscape or lawn care experience a plus, not required</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>$15&ndash;$27/hr based on experience</li><li>Clear path to Lead role with structured pay increases</li><li>Automatic longevity raises</li><li>SIMPLE IRA with company match</li><li>2 paid sick days per year</li><li>Small, accountable team &mdash; you're not a number here</li><li>Year-round potential including snow removal at $35/hr</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
