We're hiring a Laborer to work across our Maintenance (mowing, cleanups) and Landscape Install (patios, walls, drainage, planting) divisions. You don't need experience in both — we'll train the right person.

What you'll do:

• Day starts at the shop — tailgate talk, equipment check, then dispatch
• Mow, trim, edge, and blow with commercial equipment on every stop, every time
• Assist on landscape installs — pavers, retaining walls, drainage, grading, planting
• Load/unload materials, operate hand tools and small equipment
• Perform Opening and Closing 360 walkthrough on every property
• Document work with photos uploaded to our job management app
• Properly secure all equipment and loads on the trailer before every departure
• Report damage, incidents, or concerns immediately — no exceptions
• Follow all SOPs and represent Brothers professionally on every client property

What we're looking for:

• Reliable — shows up on time, every day
• Physical — this is outdoor, hands-on work in Wisconsin weather
• Coachable — willing to learn the Brothers way
• Communicates early and honestly — if something goes wrong, you say so immediately
• Valid driver's license required
• Landscape or lawn care experience a plus, not required

What we offer:

• $15–$27/hr based on experience
