This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search visibility, improve search engine rankings, and increase website traffic.</li><li>Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to ensure compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce engaging visual content that supports marketing initiatives.</li><li>Manage content management systems such as WordPress to update website content regularly and ensure optimal user experience.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization techniques across digital channels to enhance lead generation and sales performance.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing efforts, e-commerce initiatives, and performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO, social media management, and emerging digital tools to keep strategies innovative and effective.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and email marketing.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with SEO tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Google Analytics, SEM techniques, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create compelling content through copywriting and graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop.</li><li>Familiarity with website management using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred for technical optimization tasks.</li><li>Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance marketing, and analytics-driven decision-making is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies that foster growth through targeted campaigns.
