Duties

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search visibility, improve search engine rankings, and increase website traffic.
  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to ensure compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce engaging visual content that supports marketing initiatives.
  • Manage content management systems such as WordPress to update website content regularly and ensure optimal user experience.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques across digital channels to enhance lead generation and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing efforts, e-commerce initiatives, and performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results.
  • Stay current with industry trends in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO, social media management, and emerging digital tools to keep strategies innovative and effective.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Google Analytics, SEM techniques, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content through copywriting and graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with website management using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred for technical optimization tasks.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance marketing, and analytics-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies that foster growth through targeted campaigns. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $59,351.20 - $71,476.71 per year
