About the Role
We are seeking an Arabic-speaking female Account Manager for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE market, excellent command of both Arabic and English, and a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering measurable results.
Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency are highly preferred, as this role requires handling multiple clients, fast-paced projects, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute account strategies tailored for UAE and GCC markets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Align campaigns with client objectives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation & Management

• Oversee creation and management of high-quality content in Arabic and English (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams (designers, videographers, photographers) for impactful campaigns.
• Ensure all content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with client brand guidelines.

Community & Campaign Management

• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to followers.
• Build, grow, and engage with online communities.
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
• Work with influencers and partners when relevant to strengthen campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Prepare social media reports and pitch decks for clients when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Account Manager (preferably in the UAE).
• Female candidate required with native or fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC culture, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience in managing paid ads, influencer marketing, and community growth.
• Strong creative skills with attention to detail in both Arabic & English content.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment.
