Marketing Executive

We are a Dubai-based real estate company looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to generate quality leads and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.

Generate and optimize real estate leads through paid ads and organic strategies.

Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and engagement.

Create and optimize landing pages and lead funnels.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.

Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Manage listing portals, website content, and SEO basics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a strong plus).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation strategies.

Experience with social media management and content marketing.

Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and CRM tools.

Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
