As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of the real estate sector.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise with real estate industry insights to create compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and SEO to increase organic traffic and lead conversion.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement for multiple platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with project goals.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Manage budgets and vendors for digital campaigns, including agencies, freelancers, and media partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate development or property marketing.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, target audiences, and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management tools, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content tailored to real estate audiences.
Preferred:
• Experience with CRM platforms specific to real estate (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Knowledge of real estate marketing regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience in luxury or high-end property marketing.
