HR Manager (E-commerce)

Hiring: HR Manager – E-commerce | Dubai (DIP)

• We are hiring for our E-commerce client in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).
• Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the role
• Immediate joiners preferred 5–10 years of UAE HR experience required
• E-commerce industry HR experience is a MUST
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law & HR Operations

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Managing warehouse staff & drivers

✅ Maintaining smooth end-to-end HR operations

✅ Employee engagement & workforce motivation

✅ HR policies, compliance & people management

Location: DIP, Dubai

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Salary: Up to AED 15,000 + benefits

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
