Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data-driven online marketing strategies. The primary focus of this role is to drive high-quality lead generation, maximize search engine visibility, optimize paid ad spend, and elevate the brand’s digital presence across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Execute robust On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on major search engines.
- Conduct continuous keyword research, identifying high-intent search terms while managing exhaustive negative keyword lists to streamline traffic.
- Optimize website architecture, URLs, schema markup, image tags, and local SEO (including Google Business Profile).
- Write and refine compelling SEO titles, meta descriptions, and landing page content to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
2. Paid Advertising (PPC & Performance Marketing)
- Plan, build, and optimize high-converting Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) targeted at corporate and individual clients.
- Manage and scale paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Continuously conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
3. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business promotions, seasonal trends, and service launches.
- Produce high-quality, engaging visual and text assets for digital platforms, including professional social media reels, short-form videos, and static banners.
- Oversee basic mobile videography and content creation, utilizing high-end mobile hardware and cinematic transitions to maintain a polished, premium brand aesthetic.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketer, or similar role. Experience in lead-generation industries (e.g., corporate services, consultancy, or B2B) is highly preferred.
- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Ad Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience managing substantial budgets on Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Content & Tech Savvy: Strong eye for visual design and layout. Experience with basic video editing tools and an understanding of mobile content production workflows (e.g., formatting for Instagram Reels/TikTok).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write sharp, persuasive, and professional ad copy.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-analysis skills with a laser focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
