Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial operations of two entities: a dental clinic and a trading company. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience handling multi-entity accounting. Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records for both entities.
• Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.

Dental Clinic Accounting

• Manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims (if applicable).
• Reconcile clinic revenue, expenses, and petty cash.
• Track inventory of dental supplies and coordinate with the clinic manager.

Trading Company Accounting

• Record purchase and sales transactions.
• Manage supplier accounts, customer accounts, and credit terms.
• Track inventory movement and coordinate with the operations team.
• Support import/export documentation and costing.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare VAT calculations and ensure timely filing.
• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (experience in healthcare or trading is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar).
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
