About the RoleWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial operations of two entities: a dental clinic and a trading company. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience handling multi-entity accounting. If you are proactive, analytical, and ready to take ownership of the full accounting cycle, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records for both entities.</li><li>Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.</li></ul>Dental Clinic Accounting<ul><li>Manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims (if applicable).</li><li>Reconcile clinic revenue, expenses, and petty cash.</li><li>Track inventory of dental supplies and coordinate with the clinic manager.</li></ul>Trading Company Accounting<ul><li>Record purchase and sales transactions.</li><li>Manage supplier accounts, customer accounts, and credit terms.</li><li>Track inventory movement and coordinate with the operations team.</li><li>Support import/export documentation and costing.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare VAT calculations and ensure timely filing.</li><li>Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of accounting experience (experience in healthcare or trading is a plus).</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or similar).</li><li>Excellent Excel skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
