<p><b>Job Summary: </b>The Inventory Specialist is responsible for counting and reconciling daily inventory in the warehouse.</p>
<p><b>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.</li>
<li>Count and reconcile daily inventory.</li>
<li>Research all over and short inventory issues.</li>
<li>Enter receiving records and transfers.</li>
<li>Following all safety practices as instructed.</li>
<li>Accurately taking inventory using handheld.</li>
<li>Operate a forklift safely upon completing training certification.</li>
<li>Responsibility for data entry and processing reports.</li>
<li>Performing other necessary duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Physical Demands:</b></p>
<ul><li>The ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 60 lbs occasionally</li>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to lift, bend, and stoop while performing a variety of physical tasks</li>
<li>Ability to work in hot and cold environments.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Work Environment:</b></p>
<ul><li>Work in outside dock areas and distribution warehouse with limited climate controls
</li><li>Operate a forklift</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Ability to transition verbal and written communication</li>
<li>Sufficient math skills to perform calculations</li>
