PART TIME Inventory Specialist BBG

Part Time position working Saturday / Sunday 4-5 hours a day.

Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for counting and reconciling daily inventory in the warehouse.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
• Count and reconcile daily inventory.
• Research all over and short inventory issues.
• Enter receiving records and transfers.
• Following all safety practices as instructed.
• Accurately taking inventory using handheld.
• Operate a forklift safely upon completing training certification.
• Responsibility for data entry and processing reports.
• Performing other necessary duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:

• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 60 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop while performing a variety of physical tasks
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.

Work Environment:

• Work in outside dock areas and distribution warehouse with limited climate controls
• Operate a forklift

Qualifications:

• Ability to transition verbal and written communication
• Sufficient math skills to perform calculations
• Proficient with Microsoft office including excel spreadsheets and email
