Learn relevant medical equipment and product lines2. Demonstrate and instruct customers on the proper use of all medical equipment3. Get hands-on with custom fittings for support hose, braces, orthotics, and more4. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately while delivering friendly service5. Field customer questions and concerns6. Accept telephone orders from various agencies and customers7. Uphold strict confidentiality on all patient files and information8. Prepare, retrieve, and process all required paperwork on customer orders, pick-ups, and deliveries9. Participate in monthly team meetings and training10. Replenish sold or used items to maintain a fully stocked inventory11. Submit prior-authorizations accurately and ensure complete documentation for billingQualifications1. Sales experience preferred2. Medical experience preferred3. Must have strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills4. Must be able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment5.
