This is an on-site, full-time (8-5) position at our Winter Garden Location

$18 - $21 an hour plus benefits

Responsibilities

1. Learn relevant medical equipment and product lines

2. Demonstrate and instruct customers on the proper use of all medical equipment

3. Get hands-on with custom fittings for support hose, braces, orthotics, and more

4. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately while delivering friendly service

5. Field customer questions and concerns

6. Accept telephone orders from various agencies and customers

7. Uphold strict confidentiality on all patient files and information

8. Prepare, retrieve, and process all required paperwork on customer orders, pick-ups, and deliveries

9. Participate in monthly team meetings and training

10. Replenish sold or used items to maintain a fully stocked inventory

11. Submit prior-authorizations accurately and ensure complete documentation for billing

Qualifications

1. Sales experience preferred

2. Medical experience preferred

3. Must have strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills

4. Must be able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

5. Be able to obtain TB QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray (we set this up)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
