</p><ul><li><b>Basic Function: </b>The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service through the use of product knowledge, positive attitude, and high energy.
</li><li><b>Essential Skills and Responsibilities:</b></li></ul><p>
</p><ul><li><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><div><ul><li><div><ul><li>Greet all customers as they enter the store.
</li><li>Assist customers in finding product/items to suit their needs</li><li>
Operate cash register/computer
</li><li>Assembling merchandise; setting up and taking down displays</li><li>
Price changes/mark downs</li><li>
Ability to squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders</li><li>
Move and transfer merchandise generally weighing 0-50 lbs. throughout the store.</li><li>
Work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends
</li><li>Operate equipment necessary to run store such as a dolly, hand-truck, fork lift (if 18 years old), computer, and cash register</li></ul></div></li></ul></div></li></ul></div></li></ul></div></li></ul><p>
</p><ul><li><b>Qualifications:</b></li></ul><ul><li>
High school diploma
</li><li>Retail experience and or farming/agriculture knowledge is preferred</li></ul><p>
</p><p></p><p><b>Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.</b></p></div><p></p>
