• Title: Bruceton Ag Services – Customer Service Representative

• Reporting Relationship: General Manager

• Basic Function: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service through the use of product knowledge, positive attitude, and high energy.
• Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

• • • • • Greet all customers as they enter the store.
        • Assist customers in finding product/items to suit their needs
        • Operate cash register/computer
        • Assembling merchandise; setting up and taking down displays
        • Price changes/mark downs
        • Ability to squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders
        • Move and transfer merchandise generally weighing 0-50 lbs. throughout the store.
        • Work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends
        • Operate equipment necessary to run store such as a dolly, hand-truck, fork lift (if 18 years old), computer, and cash register

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Retail experience and or farming/agriculture knowledge is preferred
