We have offices in Raleigh, Miami, St. Petersburg, Detroit, New York, San Diego, and New Orleans.Job Title: Legal Operations CoordinatorJob Type: 1099 - Contract WorkerLocation: RemoteReporting: This position will report to the Operations Director.Minimum Requirements<ul><li>High School diploma or GED; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of operations or legal support experience</li><li>Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency</li><li>Experience working with web-based applications and shared document systems</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate data records</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Minimal HTML skills, basic familiarity with web based applications</li><li>Microsoft Excel fluency</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li></ul>ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for helping with the following daily tasks:Manage the Requested Tasks List<ul><li>Record new requests from paralegals and attorneys</li><li>Mark status as Not Started, In Queue, Running, Complete, or Delivered</li><li>Provide estimated delivery date/time to requestors</li></ul>Monitor the Intake Dashboard (in Lead Docket)<ul><li>Resolve Opportunities not automatically converted to Leads</li><li>Disregard duplicates</li><li>Enter/correct any missing or invalid contact data (by searching for person's data using Spokeo UI)</li><li>Promote Opportunity to Lead or mark as Rejected (if missing data cannot be corrected)</li></ul>Create new Intake Forms for Season4 campaignsRequires minimal HTML skills<ul><li>Clone Season4 Template</li><li>Change properties</li><li>Add/remove/change eligibility questions</li><li>Verify/update disqualification rules (using FormAssembly UI)</li><li>Change the Retainer HTML (copy/paste of HTML provided, no need to know or edit HTML for this)</li><li>Enable the Season4 Connector</li><li>Publish form with custom URL (via Form Assembly UI; just requires entering unique &quot;slug&quot; text)</li><li>Change Notifications to point confirmation to the new Form ID</li><li>Change response email to intake-responses@brysonpllc.com</li><li>Change Collaboration settings to share form with webmaster@seasons4.com</li><li>Test the new form(s)</li></ul>Upload notice letter templates to Lead Docket (or new system)<ul><li>Reformat and spellcheck notice letter templates provided by attorneys/paralegals</li><li>Create new Lead Docket Status for the case (project)</li><li>Add Document Template to Lead Docket, associated with new Status</li></ul>Research/fix leads with missing or invalid contact data (using Spokeo UI)<ul><li>Update record in Lead Docket and FileVine (if claimant has already been copied to FileVine)</li></ul>Provide claimants' lists to attorneysRun reports from Lead Docket (or new system) and export to ExcelClean up the Excel file before delivery:<ul><li>Clean up &quot;bad&quot; addresses, repeated names, misspelled city names, etc</li><li>Reconcile lists of claimants with files available in SharePoint (using Excel)</li></ul>Manage SharePoint Documents Sharing Hub<ul><li>Create new folders, move files from one folder to another, share links to folders, etc</li></ul>BenefitsThere are no additional benefits for this position. This position is paid for hours worked.Pay RateThe hourly pay range is $25 - $33/hr depending on experience and qualifications.Anticipated Working HoursWe anticipate that this position will require approximately 25-30 hours per week. This may vary depending on firm needs or special projects. This position is expected to work normal business hours.
