This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference through your cleaning expertise and attention to detail in a supportive, team-oriented setting.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of 16 resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways to uphold health and safety standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, floors, windows, and appliances using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies</li><li>Follow established janitorial procedures to ensure all areas meet regulatory and community standards for hygiene and safety</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to maintain a secure environment</li><li>Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities</li><li>Support special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required by the community</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or custodial roles with a strong attention to detail</li><li>Prior housekeeping experience required; experience in a healthcare, assisted living, or similar facility strongly preferred.</li><li>Must be able to read and communicate in English.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Reliable transportation to Allen, TX required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work comfortably and respectfully around elderly residents.</li></ul>Hours &amp; Flexibility:<ul><li>15&ndash;30 hours per week.</li><li>Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)</li><li>Flexible scheduling available &mdash; example schedules include Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Thursday. Days must be non-consecutive. Shifts available Monday&ndash;Sunday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM.</li></ul>This role offers an opportunity to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents through cleanliness and care.
