Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst &ndash; Non-IT Staffing to support our recruitment team by identifying, researching, and validating qualified candidates across non-IT domains such as Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Logistics, and Skilled Trades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, talent mapping, and maintaining accurate candidate data to enable successful hiring outcomes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct in-depth candidate research and talent mapping for non-IT roles</li><li>Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other research tools</li><li>Identify target companies, competitors, and talent pools based on client requirements</li><li>Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems</li><li>Validate candidate information such as experience, skills, location, and availability</li><li>Support recruiters with market insights, salary trends, and hiring benchmarks</li><li>Perform data cleansing, resume formatting, and profile enrichment</li><li>Track hiring activity and prepare research reports and dashboards</li><li>Coordinate with recruiters to prioritize roles and meet turnaround timelines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
