Job duties
- Meet and maintain weekly 25 billable hours requirement
- Supervise a caseload of 10 clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to reach replacement behaviors to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Promotes a therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring client input is fully considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans
- Promotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development
- Participate in modeling activities as needed, providing instruction on ABA techniques management of behavior and data collection techniques applicable to the client.

Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Knowledge and experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
