Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job duties

  • Meet and maintain weekly 25 billable hours requirement
  • Supervise a caseload of 10 clients
  • Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to reach replacement behaviors to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
  • Promotes a therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring client input is fully considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans
  • Promotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development
  • Participate in modeling activities as needed, providing instruction on ABA techniques management of behavior and data collection techniques applicable to the client.
  • Lead by example with integrity and humility. Seek to serve our children and families

Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Background in Psychology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
