If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support, this opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime</li><li>Manage computer systems, including desktop and laptop configurations for Windows and macOS operating systems</li><li>Troubleshoot software problems related to operating systems, applications like Microsoft Office.</li><li>Maintain and support computer hardware components, including installation, upgrades, and repairs</li><li>Monitor and configure computer networks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to safeguard data integrity</li><li>Assist with IT infrastructure management by supporting servers, switches, routers, and other network devices</li><li>Use internal ticketing system to log incidents, track resolutions, and communicate effectively with users through platforms like Smartsheets.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently</li><li>Extensive experience managing computers across various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux</li><li>Proficiency in computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and network security protocols</li><li>Knowledge of IT support tools for incident tracking and service management</li><li>Familiarity with desktop support procedures for both Windows and macOS environments</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve software troubleshooting issues swiftly while maintaining excellent customer service skills</li><li>Solid understanding of computer hardware components and maintenance practices</li><li>Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users</li></ul>Join us as an IT Specialist where your expertise will empower our team through innovative technology solutions!
