Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and strong expertise in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and coordination for commercial and residential interiors. This is a Hyderabad-based role for immediate joiners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, design, and coordinate all MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Interpret architectural and MEP drawings and ensure work is executed as per design standards and timelines.</li><li>Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Prepare BOQ, project schedules, technical documentation, and site progress reports.</li><li>Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely technical solutions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 10 years in MEP works with focus on interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, and electrical layouts.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;700,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>d: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
