Sr. Civil Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Civil Engineer

Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for G+8 and high-rise structures.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise contractors, manpower, and subcontractor activities.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at site (PPE, safety rules, checklists).
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.

Planning & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
• Plan materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.

Measurement & Documentation

• Prepare BOQs, material requisition, and quantity take-offs.
• Verify and certify contractor bills and work measurements.
• Maintain site documents, drawings, and logs.

Problem-Solving & Execution Efficiency

• Identify site challenges and provide quick technical solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor concrete works, shuttering, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and finishing works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,462.00 - ₹45,212.93 per month
