Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site installation, commissioning of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and as per design specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment, etc.).
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications before site execution.
• Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with design and standards.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system balancing as required.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project managers and clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions.
• Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams for smooth integration.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC site execution, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC drawings, ducting layouts, and equipment installation.
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple sites.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
