Job Overview Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Crew Member and become a vital part of keeping our outdoor spaces safe, functional, and beautiful! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to maintain landscaping, grounds, and facilities. Your efforts will ensure that our properties are well-kept, inviting, and operational year-round. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, equipment operation, and general upkeep while working in a fast-paced environment that values initiative and teamwork.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep outdoor areas pristine.</li><li>Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like pathways and patios.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.</li><li>Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening principles.</li><li>Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus.</li><li>Experience with tree trimming, landscaping projects, or hardscape installation is desirable.</li><li>Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.</li><li>Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy objects when necessary.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, irrigation systems, or tree care.
