In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks to maintain landscaping, grounds, and facilities. Your efforts will ensure that our properties are well-kept, inviting, and operational year-round. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep outdoor areas pristine.
• Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like pathways and patios.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening principles.
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus.
• Experience with tree trimming, landscaping projects, or hardscape installation is desirable.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy objects when necessary.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, irrigation systems, or tree care. Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
