 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle&mdash;from discovery to launch and iteration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use SQL and analytical insights to understand user behavior and support data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market and competitive analysis within the crypto industry to identify growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop business cases supported by customer insights and market findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, risk, operations, customer support).
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and prioritize features based on impact and strategic alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track product metrics and drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee UAT and ensure product quality before release.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or crypto.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with practical SQL proficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of digital product development and Agile methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and user insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership and strong problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets, and emerging technologies.
 </li>
