Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Use SQL and analytical insights to understand user behavior and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis within the crypto industry to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases supported by customer insights and market findings.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, risk, operations, customer support).
• Define and prioritize features based on impact and strategic alignment.
• Track product metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee UAT and ensure product quality before release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or crypto.
• Strong analytical mindset with practical SQL proficiency.
• Solid understanding of digital product development and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and user insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets, and emerging technologies.
