Producer

As a Producer, you own delivery outcomes from discovery alignment to production release. You turn business intent into a structured artifact chain, orchestrate AI agents across the lifecycle, and ensure we ship with quality and operational stability.

• Proven delivery leadership (project/program management or equivalent ownership role).

• Strong written communication and artifact discipline (requirements, plans, decision logs).

• Comfort working with product/engineering/design in fast iteration loops.

• Ability to define measurable success criteria and enforce quality gates.

• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic delivery workflows.

• Familiarity with operational excellence practices (SLOs, runbooks, observability).

• Own project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change control end-to-end.

• Create and maintain the unified artifact chain (e.g., Product Brief/PRD, decomposition, API specs, test plan, runbook) and keep it consistent as a single source of truth.

• Orchestrate agent workflows across design, build, verification, and release; ensure continuous validation and enforceable quality gates.

• Run stakeholder communication: status, decisions, trade-offs, and approvals.

• Coordinate release readiness and post-launch governance with clear ownership, service targets, and controlled releases.
