Take Ownership

As our Process Automation Engineer, you are the catalyst for operational excellence across the company. You'll:

• Identify platform gaps and user blockers, then design and implement solutions to drive automation adoption and capabilities across bunq.
• Develop custom software, including n8n nodes (Node.js) and AWS Lambda functions (Python), to expand our platform's power and solve complex automation challenges.
• Enable teams to automate independently by providing expert training, workshops, and ongoing support, fostering a company-wide culture of efficiency.

This challenge is perfect for you if

• You are proficient in both low-code platforms (like n8n or Zapier) and programming languages (Node.js, Python), with a strong grasp of API integrations.
• You are a strategic thinker, skilled at using data to analyze problems, identify platform needs, and drive solutions from concept to implementation.
• You are a natural teacher and communicator, capable of delivering effective training and managing stakeholder expectations.
• You excel at building and maintaining complex automations that are too critical or technically demanding for teams to manage themselves.
• You are fluent in English - able to communicate effectively in a global team, ensuring collaboration and clarity across all project stages.
