About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payment Systems team. This role plays a key part in shaping and growing our credit and debit card business, focusing on product vision, customer experience, and business impact.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a university in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• 7 - 10 years experiences in payment systems, product/portfolio management, marketing, product development in banks. Credit/debit card knowledge is must.
• Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving,
• Strong reporting and analytical thinking skills
• Efficient time management, planning and project prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
• Advanced level of MS Office programs

Key Responsibility

• Take ownership of credit and debit card products across their full lifecycle, from design and positioning to performance tracking.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, spending, and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and define differentiation points.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, analytics, legal) to build customer-centric journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement card features and digital enhancements aligned with product strategy.
• Support digitalization initiatives such as card-on-file, mobile wallet integrations, and instant card issuance.
• Work closely with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) to leverage new capabilities and partnership opportunities.
• Analyze product and campaign performance, translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations while designing seamless and innovative customer experiences.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Payment Systems division, aligning card initiatives with broader banking goals.
